It did, happy bunny now. It was a case of I couldn't replicate the feeling with shoes, so I tried to alter my running, then my running without shoes fecked up too, and it all went tits up.

"If you don't know the wrong, you can't know the right."

Actually, I quite like that and yes I can see what you mean and yes that is how I have been with running...

"When the people of the world all know beauty as beauty,
There arises the recognition of ugliness.
When they all know the good as good,
There arises the recognition of evil."
Lao-Tzu

To be fair, I think the Tao Te Ching and other of Lao-Tzu should be compulsory reading for POSE.

I am not surprised by your comment about the unweighting being bullshit - the thing is you want to learn but you have to trust that we, as teachers, are not going to try an confuse you by telling you bullshit - to run pose you have to accept the concept of application of bodyweight - this is not soemthing that we dreamed up - it is how we move and if you want to move efficiently then you have to stop doing everything else apart from apply bodyweight - because you do not buy into that - you still beleive that you muscle your way around - you will keep coming up against brick walls and keep geting frustrated

About This Thread

Maintained by cabletow
If you want to get people to watch you running - you need to video yourself using your mobile phone or digital camera. Side on, full length for a few strides, is sufficient. Use a cloud storage system as discussed here

And share the file with a coach or coaches for constructive comment, either in private or on the thread if you dare.
