It did, happy bunny now. It was a case of I couldn't replicate the feeling with shoes, so I tried to alter my running, then my running without shoes fecked up too, and it all went tits up.

I am not surprised by your comment about the unweighting being bullshit - the thing is you want to learn but you have to trust that we, as teachers, are not going to try an confuse you by telling you bullshit - to run pose you have to accept the concept of application of bodyweight - this is not soemthing that we dreamed up - it is how we move and if you want to move efficiently then you have to stop doing everything else apart from apply bodyweight - because you do not buy into that - you still beleive that you muscle your way around - you will keep coming up against brick walls and keep geting frustrated
