Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Maybe you're right, but I don't remember resignations in the May vote. There were some before that, but not over the actual vote.

The lines are closed. If you vote now it will not be counted.

BBC said there are 160-170 on the government payroll. Would need to resign to vote against. Would be very clear if he had a chance of losing based on that.

How can it be 160-170? Ive just seen that repeated on BBC news just now; how are they unable to say how many precisely are on the payroll?

I'm going for 99 against, I just think a lot of them will panic and not want to vote against him in the end.

It's a secret ballot not a Commons division They can vote how they like. Because it wouldn't be secret if their names were given out afterwards and that would effectively be coercion.
