I know Ness will come and look π Ness when you do your virtual mile it wants to be faster than your tempo pace. You need to be aiming for low 9's If I must concede at worst 9.30 but 9.15 to 9.20 would be better. You do have it in you and it is only a mile. Right anyone else want pestering? |

Please may I request a pesterer? I am at about zero, my steroid jab has made little difference, my short term plan is to run at least 5 days a week, even if it is just 1 mile, anyone want to help me get back to reasonable training? Itβs a long term project and at the moment I donβt have any particular goal other than that already mentioned.
