Woman next door to me keeps on talking to me and I am ignoring her........and ignoring her and ignoring her. She just tapped me on the arm to get my attention to say...... "You busy today then?" "Yes, that is why I am wearing my ipod so I dont get dragged into conversations" (I managed to say this without swearing)

My last patient didn't even get a stuck-on smile because he takes drugs and hits his girlfriend and seems to think it's everyone else's responsibility to sort his life out for him.
