Does that mean I'm now the annoying one? (I'm pretty sure I wasn't the reason for the leavings, and I know I wasn't responsible for the moving.)

According to her document, you are supposed to ask permission if you wish to blog to make sure there's no 'conflict of interests' and you don't bring the trust into disrepute!
