Guardian get to claim "exclusive" and publish first presumably due to having written a few other supportive articles over the last week...the parkrun say officially an hour or so later. Bit of mutual back scratching going on.

I would expect some limits to still be lifted, such as limits on spectators at Euro Football matches, but not everything. Annoying that although none of the restrictions currently apply to anything parkrun does, parkrun is still being hindered by them. * Don't actually know what any of the numbers currently are so just guessing.
