I had an invitation to go to the flu clinic from my surgery last week, they start in October and I'll be away. I had hoped to get them all done before going but it'll have to wait until I get back.

scary eh? I'll join you in December. On the plus side, I had a friend say to me the other day that I look considerably younger now than I did back when I was best man at a mates wedding in 2015. See, running lots is good for you.

Shouldn't take you too much surely? Just get back up to your pre 2024 mileage and you'll be right.

Blimey, what a mare for you. I wish you well for regaining your fitness and previous running abilities. Onward to our 60's and beyond :)
