I enjoyed the fact that a picture at the end if the standard late 70s history book used in Scottish schools (an aerial shot of Harlow to illustrate new towns) pictured the relatively new hospital I was born in and the flat I lived in as a baby. Our history classes in the very early 80s ended with Churchill winning the 1951 election which would match 1990 these days.
