I occasionally pop "health data" (random BP, pulse and peak expiratory flow rate and information from the tape measure) into private blog entries. My weight goes into my Fetch training log. I don't track any of it.

I'm just thinking that for running roads, that sort of thing wouldn't be too bad. For off-road you need a pool of light right in front of your feet, hence the reason I don't use chest torches.

The chest torch then acts a bit like front fog lights on a car. I got the chest torch a few years ago now, before buying it I couldn't remember the make (it was a Kalenji), and inadvertantly ended up googling "strap on" to try and find it Running with one of those would certainly clear the path.
