Wriggling Snake May 2019 11:48am, 30 May 2019 22,762 posts	0 Wriggling Snake Amateur, last time I looked at my local a 45-49 chap ran 16.48! Might be amateur where you run. I sometimes manage to get in the top 3 in 55-59, last time I pitched up with 22 (ok not flat out) I was 7th in my cat.
