Thank goodness for margarine tubs I say. I’ve had had a new test through the letter box every two years since then, though you’ll all be glad to know I’m not still using the same margarine tub. Most probably to much information in that last paragraph, but what are friends for!

Hydration is important!) But the poo stick should have come for MrsS already, cos she's a couple years older than me. Maybe it did and I didn't hear about it. Though we usually share (information!) like that. Hmmm. Must check. What fun things to look forward to. Trying to find a 10K for just after my birthday. Actually any time in autumn will do, as I'm actually not in good shape at the mo, so need a few months to improve. G
