And decent scissors, and glue that actually stuck things together, and ... sticky-backed plastic. WTF?

I did it after thinking I hadn't got into the Highland Fling (which in fact I did due to a third ballot run). I thought it would be a good idea to enter a 100k race to mark by 50th birthday so in fact I entered two. Unfortunately I got tenonitis just as I started tapering for the fling that took a long time to recover so I am probably unprepared for next week but I'm having on all the great ultra training I did back in April. What could go wrong?

I loved them! arghh...I used to find "Why Don't You..." so annoying..I obviously watched it with my kids but arghhh!!!! Finding the warm weather harder than I had anticipated--even at just 18c early this morning it was a bitofa struggle.
