I sometimes just take a quick bath with little water as I can’t be bothered being the one who has to dry down the shower screen etc. We have separate bath and shower so it can be easier to bath

I started having a bath when I was marathon training in the Spring, but it's too big a bath and I slide down too much. If I had one of those slipper baths I'd possibly bathe more.

Have you tried a squeegee for the shower LG? I have a bath when I want to do things to my feet, i.e. cut my toenails of rub down the hard skin. Or if I've had a particularly long/hard race.

Sigh
I had a bath with Epsom salts a couple of times when I started ramping up my long runs into 10+ miles again. Think that was early 2019. Just showers since.

I think I only bath when I’m feeling unwell.

The only time I have a bath is when the shower's not working.

I like a bath. I usually treat myself to one once a week after my long run on Sunday. Other than that its always the shower.
