Wow good to see you on here Jono and R4R, I guess I should contribute to this thread too, Alderley Park doesn't do breakfast anymore. I'm well up for a parkrun/night out/fetch mile/social event in the North West. I'm lamenting the death of the golden age of Fetch social(ism)...

Great night out at the Lyme Park Trail 10k tonight! Was definitely not a PB course! Was more like a cross country in some places. Very muddy and boggy. Was a good job we've had a few dry days or it would have been carnage.
That said, would definitely recommend!

I've just been offered free entry to the Northwich 10K on 30 Jun as it goes past our house, decided it would be rude not to accept... anyone else doing that?

I was in Lyme Park today Tim, through the woods down from bowstones was a bit muddy but it seems to have dried up a bit lately I thought. Glad you enjoyed the race
