Good morning :)

Two newts for me already. Pumping iron before 9am, which is really before 8am, instead of in the evening. And a bacon roll for breakfast.

I'm now going to a blood donor session on a Sunday morning. That's a newt as well. Not the blood donation - I've done scores of those - but doing it on a weekend. I might have a newt sort of biscuit with my tea to celebrate.

So many great newts yesterday, but I'm choosing LindsD and her blackcurrant cheesecake hair for yesterday's newt of the day. Sounds totally zany and supercool!

I've not heard of blood doning sessions taking place on a Sunday before Vrap. Great start to the day star

First honesty seen in flower today
First goslings seen (that was last week but I just remembered they were a newt)
First time I've run up most of St Catherine's hill (aka bastard sand dune)
First time for my new Guildford loop. 6 miles, very pleasing. And very hilly.
First time I've got actual work done in my office at uni. It helped that I took the empty desk by the window, I wonder if anyone would notice if I swapped desks?

I had planned a new running newt, but it didn't happen. I did have tea in the sun on the balcony of the de la Warr Pavillion with my Mum, not sure if we've done that before, but if so it's the first time in ages.

Another flowery newt for me. I saw some new/different flowers growing in the verge, I suspect they've been planted rather than being wild flowers. They look like a cross between a daff and a tulip, about 6inches high. Open when I went past at lunchtime, closed later this afternoon when they'd gone into shade. No idea what they are though.
