I don't understand strava bike stuff - but am assuming QoM is Queen of the Mountain? Must be Queen of something. Whatever - it sounds very cool! star

Linds that's an excellent Newt.

Not a PeeB, but I produced my best ever WAVA on the high jump today - 76.64%. You can have no idea how pleased I am with that. Same as I jumped last year - 1.05. Cleared first go.

Brilliant newts today.

Good luck, Linds!

Most steps this year - appear to have stepped a half marathon, 13 xx miles. Some of it run and jumped and thrown obviously.

Certainly feels like a half marathon, but I got home so late I haven't unwound yet.

Oooh! Thanks, LN! Final Newtmeister of the month, I shall look forward to an abundance of choice, just as there was yesterday.

Linds, have a great swimbikerun :)

I'm about to test my moon/saddle interface. I've never been as mashed in the downbelows without being handed 7lb of slimy, bloody, bawling human and told to look after it.

Eek V'rap :-0

Tri was great. Think I came about 6th (it's a small field :)). Pleased with that as calf not happy. Going to a parkrun friend's for breakfast. This is a newt :)
This afternoon the whole family is going to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Also a newt and an age since we all went to the cinema together.

Congratulations V-rap, and well deserved. Hope the nethers recover pronto!

As for me, yes it's the final day today, but I'm not sure I have the energy for any newts - yesterday was a bit full on. But then I daren't use that as an excuse - look at V-rap!

Perhaps I'll write a record number of blogs/comp reports.

No-o-o-o-o-o-o-ooh!
