^Maybe best to use the spoiler tag for SPOILER, in case there are those that haven't seen things.

Yep, sorry everyone. No need to watch it now they all die!

TV luddite here, just airwaves and freeview so far.
But I am intested in, eg Lincoln Lawyer, Slow Horses, Jack Reacher, and various HBO shows.
Is there a best/better subscription or PAYG for watching these, or would I end up paying for multiple suppliers?

Watching though? For the next few days will be cycling from Scotland.

The annoying thing is that different things are available on different channels. Netflix is a good start if you don’t have any streaming at all. Anything HBO is usually available on Sky/Now.

I’ve got those two plus Disney+, but mostly it’s Netflix or Freeview that I watch. Trying to resist Apple but there’s a couple of things I want to watch (Ted Lasso being one)

If you have Disney then I recommend Only Murders in the Building.

Lots of them do monthly subs so you could subscribe, watch what you want and unsubscribe, but in reality once you have it you keep it! Which is I guess what they’re bargaining on.

Another one I forgot, The Last of Us is excellent. (Sky/Now). It’s pretty scary (zombies) in the first few episodes but it’s not necessarily what you expect, especially when you know it’s based on a game.

um you can usually get a free trial period for the majority of streaming services - so you can binge the series you’re interested in, and then cancel.

A golden oldie relatively speaking but Chernobyl is eminently binge worthy.

I'll second Murders in the Building - really enjoyed this.

I really enjoyed Wellmania on Netflix, but maybe not to everyone's taste. And if you are in to discovering random Aussie shows/comics then Colin from Accounts on Beeb was good too.

Godless is still on Netflix and I believe The Power Of The Dog is still there as well. I enjoyed them both.

About This Thread

We've just abandoned the third series of Hannibal. Things got a bit too pretentious.

What are you binging on at the moment?
