I haven't read any Gaimen yet, but enjoyed Good Omens on Netflix. I'm still reading Discworld (which I love more with each book I read, as I get to know the characters better and understand how Pratchett develops storylines).
Thanks for the tip - I've just found Sandman on Netflix and we'll start watching that tonight :) I've had it on my Audible wish list for a while.

How close to the original comics is the Sandman Netflix series? It must be pretty graphic….

If you want to watch it, a TV version of Anansi Boys will be on Amazon soon. My daughter's partner worked on it (crew, no cast) and it's in post production. A lot of CGI, it wrapped about a year ago ( or more ?) but it's not been on screen yet

Not a massive Gaiman fan. I read Stardust and watched Coraline, but neither of them stuck with me. He also wrote the English script for Princess Mononoke, so he has my respect for that fact alone.

Apparently Anansi Boys will be on Amazon in the Autumn of 2024

About This Thread

Hi
Is there one?

Just read The Ocean At The End Of The Lane. Just such a lovely book.

I know Scribbler is a big fan. And on Pratchett threads lots of Gaiman fans too. :-) G
