So glad that it’s not just me who does this - makes xmas shopping very expensive 😂
I have had my cousins boy staying tonight, he’s 9 and a great kid. We made burgers for tea (Delish) then he helped tidy up by bringing stuff on the stairs earmarked to go upstairs (hand cream, nail varnish) and started saying he didn’t understand why girls wear nail varnish and make up so I tried to say it was what girls do but couldnt come up with anything concrete so asked if he wanted to try it ... after a long think he decided he did. He then had to take it off and decided it was not o my weird but a waste of tine He is a bloody amazing kid and we played Pay Day what a great game for helping them with maths and budgeting. Simple pleasures.
I’ve made pizza dough and prepped some toppings for a family pizza night tomorrow

It’s been very quiet in f-lapland.... hopefully all Santa’s are busy stalking.
Good day here been out with my girlfriends making my ow ring and maybe putting aside some amber beauty earrings. I’m nothing if not a true geordie magpie.
A fab night with my cousins and their kids we made pizza, played payday and drank Prosecco. Tomorrow sees my last event run of the year. Where has it gone?

Hope the box unpacking is going well.
Been to do a lapped run event today 3.3m Laos and I clocked up half marathon. I ran lap one with geordiemum and lap 3 with a club friend who wanted to master her longest distance - she did it in style!
I was tempted to push for marathon but me sensible head prevailed- think I’m broken.

Box unpacking is going well, it's just finding places to put things that's the hard bit 😉 I do seem to have an awful lot of running kit, tops mostly, and have run out of space 🙄
