Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

LD is spot on about the caricature aspects of Rob's character now - it's a 'tidy' but slightly unreal ending imo. And although I think the SWs may go down the 'Roy' route I really hope they don't. There is an alternative 'K and T realise they were made for each other and can't live apart' 'Ahhh' outcome later, but I rather hope they don't take the easy route out. I think she's one of the best characters in the series.

No, Fetch, brother Miles has been mentioned before - unsurprisingly they don't get on.

The only thing that might stop Roy and Kirsty getting together is he has mentioned recently that he doesn't want to get together with someone with young children - he hinted that with Phoebe now away at Uni and Abbie growing up - plus the fact that Mike and Vicky's child may need extra support from him in the future, young children aren't really on his agenda...

Miles, the older brother who I can imagine has always been a slightly better farmer / cricketer / taller etc and who Rob always feels inferior to!

Ambridge has more than its share of single mothers, doesn't it? Jenny (in the distant past), Elizabeth, Helen, Siobhan if she'd lived, now Kirsty - for a small rural village isn't that quite a lot?
