Trying to work out the best location for it and the best times to have it on and which setting to use. Today, I am being teetotal. My lunch, which I was so ravenous for, gave me indigestion. Yesterday we had sausage and mash for dinner, I had pie and mash for lunch, and we just had jacket potatoes for dinner. I'm so full of starch that I can't bend any of my joints.
