Learned a new Welsh word yesterday, while I was sitting in the waiting room at my mother's surgery. Flu is 'ffliw' in Welsh. Hope Fleecy won't need to know that.

The cake I made yesterday wasn't cooked enough but everyone enjoyed it anyway - it was the Spanish almond and orange cake so it didn't really matter, it was just a bit sticky and gooey in the middle. I have made and eaten a yummy toasted bacon and tomato sandwich. I have to eat sausage rolls and mine pies later.
