Then trod in the resulting puddle so my sandals and trousers bottoms are all wet. Good way to cool down Struggling to stay awake now, ds2 won't be happy about doing tennis after school in this heat, and I don't blame him.

I would have gone in the Sainsbury's cafe over the road but they had the air-con whacked up to 'South Pole in midwinter'. I know it's warm out but that was ridiculous. Car passed its MOT.

Now it says it's 31. Either way it is too damn hot and I stink and have to go to a meeting at school straight after ds2 has finished tennis. I might go sit in the clubhouse to work as it can't be hotter than this car.
