Apparently Little Mix are at Lakeside.
That would explain the screaming youngsters

They tested the juice, Columba, but presumably if you ate enough cherries (may a kilo, I dunno, it would have to be quite a lot) that should have the same (possible) effect I suppose.
Have eaten half a dozen ripe blackberries from the bush at the bottom of the garden.

I wonder if blackberries are a superfood? Same colour as beetroot and cherries, after all.

I doubt if they are, Daisy, because it's so easy to get them free. Superfoods are something you can only get by paying for them.
What, cynical? Moi?

You could well be right Columba Also, they aren't some exotic fruit from the Amazonian jungle but are standard UK weeds. The exoticism seems to be important when it comes to true superfoodiness

I might go and put my 2 man tent up in the garden, last used at RNR 2008, or was it 2009? I can't believe it was that long ago.

I read that the dark blue/purple berroes are best as they have less sugar and more anti-oxidants (or other good things) so blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. I think Columba has a point about those called superfoods though
