Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That would explain the screaming youngsters

They tested the juice, Columba, but presumably if you ate enough cherries (may a kilo, I dunno, it would have to be quite a lot) that should have the same (possible) effect I suppose.

Have eaten half a dozen ripe blackberries from the bush at the bottom of the garden.

I wonder if blackberries are a superfood? Same colour as beetroot and cherries, after all.

I doubt if they are, Daisy, because it's so easy to get them free. Superfoods are something you can only get by paying for them.

What, cynical? Moi?

You could well be right Columba :-) Also, they aren't some exotic fruit from the Amazonian jungle but are standard UK weeds. The exoticism seems to be important when it comes to true superfoodiness

I might go and put my 2 man tent up in the garden, last used at RNR 2008, or was it 2009? I can't believe it was that long ago.

I read that the dark blue/purple berroes are best as they have less sugar and more anti-oxidants (or other good things) so blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants.
I think Columba has a point about those called superfoods though :-)

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
