Mum's dentist appointment was ok apart from a stroppy delivery driver who blocked my car in for 10 minutes after the appointment (and a car of a poor young woman on the car next to me who had a screaming toddler in the back seat). Delivery driver wouldn't move. Didn't offer any word of apology so photographed the lorry and am going to send an email to his company.
