Had a voucher from BT when we changed to full fibre last year and have managed to pay it off our holiday. Result.

There’s a man on the news who says he’s been waiting 9 years for a knee replacement. I know waiting lists are bad, but 9 years? Since 4 years pre-covid? I feel like there might be more to that story.

Dil’s mum got hers done 2020 then had it redone last year so think 9 years is bit of something not quite right.

I have a friend that was offered a referral for a knee replacement by her GP. She refused it, I don't know why, scared I think.
A couple of years later she changed her mind, was in a lot more pain. Went to the doctor and he refused to refer her as she'd put on so much weight. So she lost the weight, took a while as 3 stone. Then she was referred. Whole process took over 5 years.

And she probably counts as a 5+ year wait!
