Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Am eating lunch. Have made mince pie pastry (needs to chill a bit before making them) and also cleaned kitchen. After lunch I will out children’s Christmas bedding on their beds as they will be returning to the nest in the next couple of days.

Another lazy start. Call with mum who has now had an op on her wrist. Then some local shopping for presents and a short dog walk. Picked up a lovely pastry and a cake at the posh bakery. A bit pooped now.

Back from walking Bonnie, it was slightly eventful and quite unsettling. Will blog later but we're both back on the sofa now.

Washed and ironed the net curtains.

Sofa and coffee, think that's enough domestic stuff for the day.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
