Watching Chris van Tulleken's programme about why we can't stop eating. It's not really boring but I think I'm going to fall asleep. I've recorded it so can rewind if necessary.

Am sitting near Bristol cathedral. There are people running past who seem to be doing laps. I’m wondering if it’s a PE lesson

Enjoyed DaughterDragon’s concert and then she and I had cocktails before going to watch Wicked at the cinema. Rather late night!

Jaks
First time sitting down since early this morning. Have run, exercised, hoovered the lounge, cleaned inside of the car (mr jaks cleans the outside) and supervised mr jaks whilst he planted some winter pansies and a couple of winter cherry plants.

Just finished eating a fry up (well the egg was fried and mr jaks has fried bread 🤢) Full and sleepy now.

And then met DaughterDragon at another cafe and said farewell when she went to a lecture

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
