Trying to find a route that can easily extend from 60 to 90 mins without too many loops

Also looking at ways to tidy my “gym”

Now you're running from home so much you'll work out and memorise all those loops of various distances, Pix :) It's good to explore, but sometimes when you've got to do a training run it's useful to be able to say, "I'll just do THAT loop," and not have to think about it.

(I'm saying that, but I can't do today's run without going round in circles or out and back because I don't have any road loops between 1.5 and 4.5 miles long.)

Exactly vrap
I’m hoping to do my long run but happy to stop at 60 if heel says so

Meaning an out and back to Conkers is not an option really

I like that planning out of routes prior to running too. Not today though, resting my legs prior to parkrun.

Have done all the housework I need to do today. Now having my usual Friday mid morning sandwich and cup of tea number 2.

Most of my runs I do an out and back, which is my preference. If I do a loop and it comes up a bit shorter than expected I don't have the willpower to run past home to add a bit on.

Lunchtime walk. Sunny with a bit of a breeze.

Hopefully the washing will dry nicely

I have lots of tiny loops for adding bits on at the end of runs.

You have more willpower than I do. When I'm home, I'm home. 🙃

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
