Replaced the hub caps on my car. Took in the washing and covered the garden furniture as I’m sure we have seen the last of sitting out weather for this year.

Will start my packing after latte time

Last call of the day and an early finish to meet my bestie - we're off to a book launch for a guy who did a running adventure (can't remember the author or adventure other than mountains and something to do with Nepal) and we're going for food and some fizz before hand.

Very busy day but lots ticked off and feeling in control...

Have uploaded my day's training. Was going to go out and do some gardening but rain has stopped that idea. Sofa and some TV instead.

Washing in before the rain comes on. It's almost dry.
