@geordiegirl so sorry to hear it's Covid. IMHO you should cancel your event, you've been feeling quite rough, if you'd had no symptoms it might have been OK to risk it.

I cancelled my marathon when I tested positive, and I feel fine now but running wise it's set me back considerably and although I feel OK when I go to run there's nothing there in my legs. My first session back at the gym with very light weights left me with comedy DOMS for 2 days.

I will be sensible and see how I am later in the week. I’m not good when I’m not 100% as I’m not used to having to sit still.

Work & life has had me run so down it’s not surprising I’ve been hit by something like this just hope I bounce back quickly.

Ran the sum, walked the sum.

Now trying to figure out how to remove a cross-threaded thread-adapter on a kitchen tap. It's not going at all well.
