Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

@geordiegirl so sorry to hear it's Covid. IMHO you should cancel your event, you've been feeling quite rough, if you'd had no symptoms it might have been OK to risk it.

I cancelled my marathon when I tested positive, and I feel fine now but running wise it's set me back considerably and although I feel OK when I go to run there's nothing there in my legs. My first session back at the gym with very light weights left me with comedy DOMS for 2 days.

Given you were talking about being close to breaking before this I’d give serious thought to what shades says.

I will be sensible and see how I am later in the week. I’m not good when I’m not 100% as I’m not used to having to sit still.

Work & life has had me run so down it’s not surprising I’ve been hit by something like this just hope I bounce back quickly.

Thanks guys x

Ran the sum, walked the sum.

Now trying to figure out how to remove a cross-threaded thread-adapter on a kitchen tap. It's not going at all well.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
