Fell asleep and woke at 4 then finally also until 8.33 when I fell back asleep until just before 9 - garmin says I had a good sleep of 6hr 53. The other night I slept like a log and it said I had a poor sleep! So not sure who wore my watch last night 🤣 My long run may feel very long. Best get my skates on. Tea #2 and toast coming up.
