Have watch the little documentary about John McFall and his training to hopefully be the first astronaut with a disability to go into space.

Phoned mum for a chat. All OK there. Mr Ness has started cooking. Bit earlier than normal but we're both feeling hungry.

Nope.

Mr Ness has opened a bottle of wine. We don't drink on Fridays any more. Haven't done my bench press today either, so it must be Thursday! 😉
