Bike ride done. Saw this little chap sunning himself at the weir.

Second coffee.

New neighbour using noisy saw out the back again. They haven't moved in yet but have an annoying light that is under their gutter and shines in my direction all night long.

I changed the battery in the kitchen clock.

The old one was flat, so it wasn't working.

On a train to York.

I seemed to have lost my Garmin last night. Its either in the pub but I think I would have felt it coming off or its in the hotel room squirrelled away somewhere. I'm so annoyed

A mislaid Garmin, that's serious. Hope it turns up in a safe place and not lost.

Post lunch snooze on the sofa 😴

Remembered I had some complementary sachets of hot chocolate from the hotel we stayed in a couple of weeks ago so made a cup of hot chocolate.

I was intending to go for a run but fell asleep again and then didn’t feel like it. Have had a walk
