Rosehip
we can't decided whether to leave just before 9pm (when the A1 and A421 close for roadworks) or try and sleep a bit and leave at about 2

Took DaughterDragon to the station to get a train to Edinburgh. Was delayed due to animals on the line between Doncaster and York

Painting nails after early dinner.

Watching yesterday's Giro highlights.

Will then watch the athletics which I'm recording so I can skip the unnecessary replays and bits I don't like, mainly throwing events.

Did all the marking I could for one module. Did all the admin I could for everything else, including end of semester paperwork. Answered all the annoying emails. I now have a folder marked 'annoying emails' where I file requests for tutorials so I don't get annoyed just seeing my inbox. And I set up a textexpander for 'please come to my drop ins' as a reply to said emails.

At least I did all this on the patio, and made lots of pancakes :)

A man is coming to see about the suboptimal shower / downstairs ceiling interface. This means I should be upstairs, scrubbing things.

About This Thread

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
