I generally run without having eaten too much. Had a banana this morning as I was doing 10k

I don't eat before I run unless I'm running longer on a Sunday. I like to get out as early as I can.

I have to have a very good reason to run without having breakfast first, apart from parkrun because my stomach knows that it's going to get a treat afterwards rather than boring old cereal and doesn't complain about being empty.

Making eL Bee! a ham and onion omelette, because we have ham, eggs and onions. We also have Tangfastics left over from marathon supporting but I'm not sure about putting them in an omelette.
