I went out to the bin earlier and couldn't believe how much the temperature had dropped since I'd last been outside a couple of hours before.

Bed. Electric blanket on. One cat. Teen just visited with book of walks in the Clwydians to look through but he's medicated himself and gone to bed now.

I've done enough Duolingo and eaten enough chocolate. I think I'll go and sit on the bed with my feet up.

Try 111, Hann. They should be able to organise a district nurse to come and see you, or a consultation at an out of hours centre so that you can be assessed and prescribed something suitable.

No luck in Herefordshire... 🙄🙄🙄 Next plan: trial membership of Amazon Prime, order something from them, cut it to size. Blimey this stuff is 3xpensive! But I cannot risk infection!!!
I should have been referred to the district nurses, but didn't get a call yesterday or today... As promised.

Morning all. Up and getting ready to go to parkrun. Car is iced up. Will need to defrost it. Can't remember the last time I had to do that!
