I had a mini egg blondie when mum and I had a cuppa and cake at her local garden centre last week. Not tried one before but it was very nice.
Lunchtime. Salmon sandwich. Cup of tea number two.

Managed to drag myself from bed to sofa. Crap night. Didn't sleep at all. I really hope they can fit this drain Wednesday and we haven't gone beyond. I cannot cope with this much longer. Last meal I had was Friday. I now struggle to sip a litre of fluids in 24 hrs.

Hanneke - you really need that drain, hope they keep their promise. 🤞
Pilates class followed by Stretch clash, I'm quite exhausted afterwards, don't think there's any part of me that hasn't been stretched today. Very hungry for my lunch.

Stretching releases all sorts! Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins
