Soon I will take him off to the pub where his gig is for the sound check.

And then before the gig I will have dinner with my ex husband who is also going to the gig. I am not entirely over the moon about this but will cope

Have a lovely evening swittle. Have been sat on the sofa nodding since coming back from our dog walk. Need to sort something for tea. Pork teriyaki and noodles I think.

It's likely to be rather restrained, Jaks although there is steak in the fridge and a wide range of veg - to say nothing of cayke! :)

I am pondering what to cook.
I have, as of today, gone back to the Ayurvedic way of eating: two big meals a day.
One late morning, 11ish, and one around 4.30/5.
I can do this as I am not working. It suited me very well back in India and I hope it will help me get better...

My car was delivered back to me, all shiny like new again.

It's raining properly now, I'm considering putting the heating on for a bit.

Cooking a bit earlier tonight.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
