Pork teriyaki and noodles I think. It's likely to be rather restrained, Jaks although there is steak in the fridge and a wide range of veg - to say nothing of cayke!

One late morning, 11ish, and one around 4.30/5. I can do this as I am not working. It suited me very well back in India and I hope it will help me get better...
