My kids love water biscuits. Basically because they're nearly pure carbs with no frills

I like water biscuits as a vehicle for shedloads of cheese.

Undoubtedly healthier than some biscuits, a single water biscuit has 4.7 grams of carbs; a Rich Tea biscuit has 5.7 grams! Having a bitofa sweet tooth I have a Rich Tea before I run in the early morning...with tea of course 😂
