Sliced top of thumb with new sharp knife yesterday. It’s a bit sore today and bled impressively. Worth it though it’s great to be able to slice a tomato again rather than squash it into submission

That's why I plotted a route which had laps where I could cut it short if necessary. I ended up managing the full distance of long run I wanted yesterday and last weekend that way.
