1st load of washing out, 2nd in the machine. I've changed our bedding today. Recycling taken out and disherwasher unloaded and reloaded. Running gear on ready for a window...

I can offer an itchy back to add to the jigsaw. Not insect bite related just the bit of my back I never reach with the moisturiser.

Tea break. Had a flat peach which was lovely and now tea and biscuit. Avoiding writing a report.

I feel less bad about the cheese scones than I do about all the people who entered Chester Marathon due to FOMO last October and then realised that it meant training for a marathon that isn't even in London :-O

the sainsburys ones had a spicy kick but limited cheese flavour
nothing like the one I had when out walking with vrap and bee in March
