Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I’ve never had a drive adjacent to my house and don’t expect I ever will due to house prices. Car is currently in bad books as it thinks it has another puncture. I can’t see one and only just got a previous one fixed. Think it’s from parking on shingley surfaces at work and home as I’ve never had this issue before living here.

Mr Pix is now parking his new car so far away from the hedge that I am now parking on the gravel area (formally lawn)

All this car chat! No garage, car on street, and my feet glowing after an hour's walk by the Leeds-Liverpool Canal - highlight was a family of geese, a dozen goslings at least in tow.

Mug of hot chocolate. Got cold after staying in my shorts for too long after finishing the gardening! Mr Ness is looking at booking another holiday! This time for the week after I’ve run Chester!

I was going to do some gardening this afternoon but made the fatal mistake of eating my dinner on a sofa. My eyes closed and the glue kicked in.

The garage here was in the back garden and when built cars were about 5' wide. I could barely get my car between the houses so it lives on the drive. The garage was removed and a large shed put in it's place.

Not Mundane woe:
We found a gorgeous swimming teacher for T11, who he really responds to. This week he announced he has one more week then he's going to Law School 😭. I mean, he could've waited another year?

That is difficult, LW! Hope T11 gets on with whoever takes his place.

Mr Ness has just started cooking dinner. We’re having steak! Not a usual Thursday night meal. He fancied a change!

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
