Cousins got in at 7.00am but his friend circled round Aberdeen for about 20 minutes before having to turn back to Orkney. Home and not too bad here but worse north of the city and beyond.
Fields Feb 2022 2:21pm, 18 Feb 2022 2,890 posts	0 Fields Prepared beef stew at lunch. Tossed beef in flour, salt and pepper. Browned it with onion and shallot. Add carrots, mushrooms, parsnips and thyme. Deglazed with some beer, then some special sauce mix, squirt of tomato purée, and the rest of the beer. Forgot to put sweet potatoes in as they want using up but pan was full
