He said he could see the problem (internet dropping out randomly all day yesterday) was likely to recur so came to fix it. Except he doesn't seem to know what the problem is or maybe, doesn't know how to fix it. He's been here over an hour so far. I have a feeling he'll go away again leaving us with no internet.
