I think we established last year that I objected to being obliged to do an appraiser when GPs who hadn't worked for years were being encouraged to swan back into the profession with all their expenses paid and no hoops to jump through.

Low-level background irritated by the fact that I have done 4 appraisals for people I work with so far this year (I do them in addition to my actual job, for no extra pay, unlike some appraisers V'rap might be acquainted with) but I need to go and seek out someone to do mine because no one else is prepared to take on doing them.
