The portion of yogurt (a 150g pot) I have doesn’t give much protein. That’s why I also have a protein shake, which I think gives about 20 grammes of protein per portion. About 700 calories in total for the breakfast. I’m trying to get a more balanced diet.

I make Easyio and probably have about 200g (make 1 big 1kg pot at a time) then add stuff without measuring!

so from above I get protein in nuts yoghurt and coconut
carbs in granola and ginger so probably not that bad but probably too much

I normally have some fruit too but run out and forgot the frozen fruit!

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
