I'm not allowed ice cubes or foot baths at work. I haven't got the paperwork to prove that I've been trained to use them. (My cousin was one of those in-and-out-of-hospital-with-nothing-much-wrong-with-them children in the 1960s and she said she witnessed other children having ice cubes put up their bums on the ward.)
