Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Dog. Bike ride. Breakfast. A friend called at 9:15 to see if I wanted to paddle at 10. I really want to paddle but I was in the middle of cooking breakfast and really need a shower. I need more notice. He text on Wed asking if I wanted to paddle on Thursday as well. Sadly work is an inconvenience.

I’ve suggested the yoga with kids and I will make it happen 😊
Now it’s time for second breakfast (him) and Despicable Me 2 while I tidy up a bit.

Laundry day. Mr W has gone to Reigate for an SUP lesson, spectators not allowed in these times.

Friend messaged to say her Covid test is negative. This is not *entirely* surprising, because she mis-read the question in the app, which led to her emphatically stating that she did NOT think her symptoms were due to hay fever...

I’ve sorted through the back statement and payslip post that lurks in the hall

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
