Watched nasa feed and a blue tit live nest cam. Chucked frozen pizza and waffles in the oven for the children's tea and gave them a digestive for pudding!

I haven't done my fingernails since my mid 20s, must have been about the time when I started gardening. I did my toenails last week after they'd had a few months without due to them having the least amount of black in them since last year, and I haven't been to yoga since February.

I never paint either. Don’t have nails too long as I wear content lenses and running means doesn’t last long on toenails as rubs off.

My parents are both all over FB which means I always know they are alive but want to kill them. Cardamon chicken almost ready. Awaiting rice. I postponed my yoga in favour of a shower, as I have done a run, dog walk and weeding in the heat and not showered at all today. I smelt as bad as you might imagine.

Climbing is not compatible with nice nails but I always had mine short anyway. I used to wear black varnish many moons ago but not for aaaages.
